Board Meeting Recap:

Clubhouse Renovation

The Renovation committe presented several options on for the window replacement. Consensus was to replace the windows with heavy single pane windows (hurricane strength) and the windows facing the Lake will be replaced with Sliding Glass Doors. With the sliding glass doors, there will be a 10 foot patio also added on that side of the club house. We are seeking volunteers to assist in the concrete work to defray the cost of labor. Target completion of the project is February 2006.

Christmas Party - December 11th

The LakeShore Estates Club will have a Christmas social on December 11, beginning at 2PM to 6PM to allow members to get to know one another, and also to encourage new membership. Bring a side dish to share, BYOB and the club will be providing the meat. More to come on this, but save this Sunday afternoon for a good time! There will be entertainment.

New Board Nominated

The motion was made to accept the nominations for officers and board members at large. It was duly seconded and approved. A motion was then made to proceed with a vote on the new board. The motion passed and a vote was taken. The new LakeShore Estates board follows:
