Towering trees make for a great shady area History The Lake Shore Club was incorporated in May 1958 and the land was donated to the club by the developer, Lake Shore Investment Co., in May 1959. In April 1964, three residents, Ray and Ruth Meyer and Elsie Fischer loaned the club $6,400 (at 5% interest) to build the current facilities. This was paid off in 1972. 50 Years of serving Lakeshore and Freshwater Estates
